Buy Evkeeza (evinacumab). HoFH is a rare disease that affects the body’s ability to remove bad cholesterol. This leads to very high levels of bad cholesterol in the blood. People with HoFH are at high risk of heart disease at a young age.
Evinacumab works by blocking a protein called ANGPTL3. This protein slows down the breakdown of fats. By blocking it, evinacumab helps break down fats faster, lowering cholesterol levels.
